Keven【曠】，翰林英文書院創(chuàng)辦人，1994年下海深圳，曾先后在臺資，港資企業(yè)從事外貿(mào)高管職位近10年。
有豐富的外貿(mào)洽談實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗（客戶主要來自歐洲，美洲，印度，東南亞和中東等國家）。
10年的英語磨練及應(yīng)用不僅鑄就了： 比較標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的美式英語口語發(fā)音，流暢的外貿(mào)英語函電寫作，及聽說應(yīng)答技巧，對中外文化差異有著比較深的了解，為其本人后來創(chuàng)辦英語培訓(xùn)，幫助學(xué)員克服中外文化差異帶來的障礙起了非常積極的作用，這是一般培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)無法具有的優(yōu)勢。

Mr. Keven (Nowadays the founder of Hanlin English Homeschool, a professional English tutor with several years' training experience) left Wanzhou for Shenzhen in 1994. From 1995 to 2004, he worked as a senior supervisor and manager in Export Business Department in Taiwanese-owned and Hongkong-invested company respectively. During this period, solid experience was gained in negotiating business with foreign customers from Europe, North/South America, India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, etc. With ten years of practising English in work, Keven can speak English with American-style pronunciation, reply customers fluently in both spoken and written English with good communication skills, which made Keven gain good understanding on the cultural differences between China and overseas countries. Based on the aforesaid rich experience, Keven helped many students overcome the barrier of the cultural difference and improve their English greatly, which is regarded as a unique competitive advantage over other training organizations.
